Candybar 2.6.1 allows you to customize everything on tiger, this is the latest version of candybar for Tiger.
1. Install
2. Update Icons (Allow Automatic Update)
3. Enter Serial
4. Disallow any further web connections via Little Snitch or other.
5. Enjoy
